This project consisted of the milling and asphalt overlay of the airport's main 11,800-foot-long runway and its secondary 6,000-foot-long runway. The project also included rehabilitation and upgrades to the electrical system, the installation of new duct banks for future electrical/communication requirements, building 35-foot shoulders for the 6,000-foot secondary runway, and a new high-speed taxiway exit for the 11,800-foot main runway.
