This project included the reconstruction and widening of Interstate 83, PA Route 124, and SR 2005. Side road improvements included the reconstruction of Green Hill Road, extension, and access road. The improvements consisted of the replacement and widening of three existing bridges, construction of four new bridges, box culverts, sound walls, sign structures, traffic signals, drainage, guiderail, signage, pavement markings, utility relocations, highway lighting, steam relocation and mitigation, and CCTV installation.
