This project included the widening of the outer loop roadway, replacement of two bridges, rehabilitation of two bridges, and new construction and modifications to existing retaining walls and noise barriers. Also included were the realignment of interchange ramps, replacement of curbs and gutters, pavement repairs, reconstruction and realignment of two roads, upgrades to drainage, stormwater management, lighting, traffic signals, landscaping, and relocation of utilities.
