This project consisted of the construction of a divided highway with concrete and asphalt paving, automated toll facilities, intelligent transportation systems, grading, drainage, stormwater management, guiderail, fencing, archeology protection area, wildlife crossing, stream restoration, signage, lighting, pavement markings, box and arch culverts, concrete bridges with prestressed and steel girders, ramps and utility relocations.
