This nine-building corporate campus was built under a multi-phase plan. Phase I included shell and core construction of two 3-story and one 2-story office buildings, as well as the 2-story central facility, which houses the campus cafeteria and main receiving area. The finished structure provides over 438,000 square feet of floor area on a site that now contains more than one million square feet of building space.

Phase II included three buildings built on Bay Mud, including one 2-story and two 3-story buildings. Shell construction included site development work, rooftop HVAC equipment, and exterior lighting.

Buildout included employee recreation facility, Visitors Center and sitework.
