Project Description

This two-story amenities building built on Bay Mud with a world-class, full-service fitness center and adjacent 4,000-square-foot credit union includes a fitness floor with cardiovascular and strength training equipment, indoor basketball and volleyball court with wood floor, Energy and Zen rooms for group classes, day spa offering massage therapy and spa manicure/pedicure services, outdoor junior Olympic pool and spa heated by solar panels, billiard room with foosball and large screen television, and a café with catering service. This project was registered LEED Silver NC, but achieved LEED Gold NC.
