This five-story, multi-tenant, Class A office tower was designed and registered for LEED Silver CS but achieved LEED Gold CS. During construction, waste management practices resulted in the recycling of over 93% of construction waste. Recycled material incorporated into the building accounted for over one-third of all material used in the project. The building envelope as well as the mechanical and electrical systems achieved 17.4% better than Title-24 standards. The project also included sitework and basketball and volleyball courts.
