This Class A office building is a cast-in-place, concrete frame building designed with a nine-story glass curtain wall and a limestone and GFRC cladding system on the first two exterior floors. The grand lobby has a 30-foot ceiling with highly-articulated fixtures and an elegant water feature. Structural load bearing metal stud walls were prefabricated and delivered to the site. This architecturally-significant building with its vast array of services has played a central role in the rejuvenation of downtown Jackson. The Pinnacle is a LEED Gold certified building, making for an elegant yet environmentally-friendly office building. It also features The Storytellers, a limestone sculpture depicting three notable Mississippi writers, as well as an outdoor plaza and green space.
