This project consisted of the demolition of Matheson Hall and construction of the LeBow College of Business building. The building is a 12-story, 177,500-square-foot facility that houses classrooms, auditoria, computer labs, offices (faculty, administrative, and student services), lounges for both students and faculty, and a behavioral research lab. The steel structure has a stepped concrete matt slab foundation and is fully sprinklered and conditioned with a combined VAV and chilled beam system. The building envelope is a combination of precast panels and curtainwall system.
