This project is a 350,000-square-foot student housing facility consisting of seven stories of concrete framed construction with partial basement, a large open courtyard area with decorative paving and seat walls, bus and bike shelters, and a central plant with separate cooling tower enclosure. The exterior skin of the building includes light gauge metal framed exterior walls with brick/stone/stucco veneer, decorative columns, storefront, custom designed aluminum windows, and asphalt shingle roofing. The building interior contains 259 fully functional student apartments and houses approximately 980 students. Common areas include a large game room and community area with kitchen and classrooms at the 7th Floor, and a smaller living room and kitchen located on the 1st floor.
