Built in accordance with the university’s master plan, the three 5-story residential buildings have a total of 954 beds. The rooms are double occupancy with private baths. Also included are 19 student kitchen/lounges, laundry facilities and 24 study rooms; the Moffitt Health Center, a 13,665-square-foot full-service student health clinic; the Luckyday Citizenship Hall; and a 7,000-square-foot Luckyday Citizenship Scholars Program office. This project is the largest construction project in the history of Southern Mississippi to date and achieved LEED Gold certification.
