This project for the installation of modular buildings at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center was performed under a Homeland Security National Multiple Award Construction Contract (NMACC). The design-build project provided nine fully-functioning modular training facilities within one year of FLETC's request for proposal, providing much-needed space for TSA's centralized new-hire training program in half the time of a traditional building. Perini Management Services managed the civil design, site work, procurement and installation of 80 modular units that were assembled into the nine buildings, along with associated electrical, water and sewer utilities.
