This project was the newest addition to New Brunswick's largest medical campus and served as the linchpin for additional redevelopment. It includes laboratories, offices and administrative space, a transgenic gene targeting facility, and 54,000 square feet of research space comprised of a 20,000-square-foot vivarium and 34,000 square feet of clinical research space.
