The project was a design-build effort constructed over two phases. Phase I consisted of a three-level, 265,104-square-foot complex containing a casino, fine dining restaurant, 300-seat buffet, deli, a variety of entertainment venues and a 246-space, below-grade valet parking structure. Phase II consisted of a four-level, 106-room hotel, pool and an additional 427-space parking structure. The facility was built to create a total entertainment experience for visitors.
