This resort includes an 18-story hotel tower with 234 guestrooms, 56 suites, and 10 penthouse suites. The 161,000-square-foot podium level includes the gaming space, administrative space, hotel lobby, back-of-house, an event center, a gift shop, and four café/restaurant venues, plus supporting facilities. In addition, the bulk of the HVAC equipment is situated on this level. The site improvements consisted of underground utilities, an architectural retaining wall, concrete paved loading dock area, asphalt paved roadways, 1,800 parking spaces, site lighting and landscaping. In addition, there is a 4,400-square-foot in-ground pool and hot tub, plus 3,500 square feet of pool deck, an outdoor bar, and miniature-golf course with a volcano and water feature. The hotel tower vertical face is comprised of panelized curtainwall units with metal panels and includes small and large missile impact glass, while the podium level is enclosed with barrier-type EIFS and additional sections of curtainwall units.
