The three-story, 90-room hotel includes a fitness center, pool, restaurants, lounges, and more than 6,000 square feet of banquet space. Also included is a cast-in-place, four-story, 385,000-square-foot, 1,000-car parking garage, as well as landscaping and site improvements for the 70-acre property.
