Project Description

The main level of the 480,000-square-foot, three-level gaming facility includes a casino, a buffet restaurant, VIP high limit gaming, a sports bar and specialty restaurants, employee dining and back-of-house facilities. A large bingo area, additional gaming space and executive offices are located on the third level. The property also includes a central plant, a basement valet garage with enough space for 450 cars, and a 490,659-square-foot, seven-story, cast-in-place concrete parking structure for 1,190 vehicles. A 425-foot-long enclosed pedestrian bridge comfortably and efficiently transports people to and from the casino and parking garage. The bridge has four moving walkways, accommodating guests so they can enter the casino without crossing the street. With the existing facility remaining operational throughout the construction process, safety was a top priority. Two full-time safety engineers were onsite, in addition to the tribe's risk management department staff of five full-time employees dedicated to safety.
