The Philadelphia Family Court of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania was constructed at the northwest corner of 15th and Arch streets in downtown Philadelphia. The building includes 15 occupied floors above-grade with a structural steel frame and curtainwall system. There are also three subterranean parking levels of cast-in-place concrete, and one partial mechanical penthouse level. The total above-grade area is approximately 509,000 gross square feet.
