This Construction Management at-Risk contract was for preconstruction and construction services. The facility provides ship to storage receiving conveyor systems, vertical storage capability (12 silos 40 feet wide by 139 feet tall and three silos 65 feet wide by 159 feet tall for a total capacity of 220,000 tons of ilmenite ore and coke) and storage to rail or truck load out conveyor systems. This project included all civil, mechanical, structural and electrical work along with all other work systems to provide a complete, full and operational facility.
