Black Construction Corporation was retained as the core and shell contractor of this reinforced concrete cold storage warehouse and food processing facility. In order to expedite delivery of the project, BCC expanded its scope by proposing a different approach to the design and construction of the structure from a conventional cast-in-place concrete method to a tilt-up pre-cast concrete wall technique with a precast double tee roof with concrete topping.

Painting of exterior walls and underground domestic water and waste lines were also included in the work as was the electrical support work for the Owner's electrical subcontractor. 

Site development work from site clearing and major earthwork to site finishing including asphalt paving, underground storm drainage piping, storm water detention basin, and perimeter fences and gates completed BCC’s scope of the work.
