A world class theater comprised of 1,747 seats in its fully acoustically treated auditorium. The combined front-of-house and back-of-house construction included 62 rooms, 27 toilets, main lobby, pre-function space and third & fourth floor foyers. Also included was the construction of a ticketing booth, concessionaire, café lounge, bar and merchandise store. 

Fit-out works consisted of floor screening, CHB wall partitions & render, acoustic dry partition works, fit-out finishes (floor, walls and ceiling), special works like feature walls (glass, imported metal, Kinon, veneer materials), and exceptional ceiling (acoustic timber panels with decorative metal channels, cellulose insulation, special paint) and the 70,000-pound Elephant Door.
