Significant clearing and grubbing were performed and perimeter security established before commencing the cleaning, repair of damage, and remaining renovations to 12 eight- to 12-unit apartment buildings. Construction also resumed on the partially-renovated community building and attached daycare center. Scope also included replacement of underground utilities, concrete paving, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, grading, hardscaping and landscaping of courtyard areas.
