The project consisted of a silicon chip manufacturing facility, which includes a working mezzanine for HVAC air handlers, highly specialized cleanliness classifications, support spaces, and office spaces. The project also included concrete foundation placements, slab-on-grade, tilt-up panels, and structural steel frame with open web trusses for the manufacturing facility, and the remodel of chemical storage area for the distribution system.
