This project consisted of the interior fit-out of a building shell. The three-story, 75,000-square-foot facility includes specialized laboratories, building core, elevators, building systems, and related supporting infrastructure to enable a range of capabilities in support of the study of ultrafast physical, chemical, and biological processes and materials synthesis. The lab is operated by Stanford University for the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science, and will allow the existing SLAC photon science program to expand. The building achieved LEED Platinum CI.
