Concourse H is a four-level, 264,000-square-foot reinforced concrete structure supported on precast concrete piles. The facility accommodates R-18 and AOA Service roads at grade, BART/ART ancillary space and pedestrian walkway to the International Terminal at the third level, a BART platform & station at the fifth level and an Airport Rail Transit Platform and Station at the seventh level. The structure is fully sprinklered and includes an undercar deluge fire suppression system for the BART System.
