This portion of the East Side Access project involved work along Harold Interlocking consisting of the construction of retaining walls in fill areas for the westbound by-pass and the construction of a fill embankment for the relocated westbound by-pass.

The work included four bridges, 12 retaining walls, 91 catenaries and nine signal bridges, nine micro-tunnels for electrical conduits, G02 Substation, Track A approach structure, 12KV Ductbank, track beds and access roads, and over 100 utility structures.
